National Executive
The National Executive is responsible for the national administration of the Australian Democrats. The president, vice presidents and state representatives are elected by ordinary members of the party.





National Executive Ex-Officio Members

What does 'ex-officio' mean?
Our state/territory executive representatives are elected annually, in state/territory executive elections.
They are not elected in the 'National Executive' elections we hold for positions like President.

Elections
Ordinary members elect members of National Executive every two years, in accordance with our constitution.
